Okay, if you would like people to stop confronting you about this artwork then the best way to fix it is to add some sort of disclaimer in your description. Give credit to the original artist first before anything else. They deserve the credit just as much as you do for re-drawing the image and showing your own talent. Artwork is to be shared throughout the community, not stolen or claimed as someone else's when they know they hadn't drawn the actual thing. I believe you truthfully did not intend to "steal" these certain pieces of work, but people around here will jump at the chance to make it seem as if you have stolen something. Best way to fix this problem is to give full credit to the original artist, feel free to say you re drew it, that's perfectly fine. Just make sure you tell who drew the original first. ^^
